J Kelly & Associates was created with the simple idea that clients deserve experienced advisors that deliver value that exceeds your expectations. We are dedicated to the ideal that you deserve a positive experience marked by integrity, honesty, quality and value.
In 2020, we expanded our services to include leadership development & coaching - individual, group and executive development. Services include workshops, client assessments, programs for emerging leaders and one:one coaching.
In 2021, we expanded services to include philanthropic development for non-profits. Non-pro fit clients now have access to strategy, mission, vision and development in order to develop long term vision and secure funds to execute on that vision.
In 2022, we added an individual health insurance agency. Many of our clients were looking for assistance in getting a Medicare or Affordable Care Act policy as they made ‘life transitions’. Our agency is licensed in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa and Massachusetts.
Later in 2022, we announced that Michelle Fellenz joined J Kelly & Associates - bringing decades of experience in organizational performance enhancement, cultural transformation, staff development & training as well as HR assessment strategies.
